Introduction

Welcome to Blow Beauty Salon. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, appointments, and interactions with our salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final bill.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration or rescheduling at our discretion.
  • No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked service.

Services & Pricing

  • We offer a range of beauty treatments, including hair styling, skincare, and nail services, tailored to individual client needs.
  • Prices are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.
  • Some treatments may require a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment to ensure client safety.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for a client’s condition or if contraindications exist.

Payment & Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  • Refunds are only considered in cases of service dissatisfaction, subject to management discretion, and must be requested within 1 days of the appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by us.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before treatments.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare instructions to maintain results and avoid complications.
  • Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or rudeness towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and banning from the premises.
  • We reserve the right to deny service to anyone violating our terms or engaging in conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of others.

Health & Safety

  • We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
  • If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of illness.
  • Clients experiencing adverse reactions after a treatment should notify us immediately.
  • We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose relevant medical information.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Blow Beauty Salon shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from treatments performed in accordance with professional standards and disclosed contraindications.
  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client; we accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
  • We do not share client information with third parties, except where necessary for booking, payment processing, or legal obligations.
  • Clients may request access to their personal data or request its deletion at any time.

Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Complaints & Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 2 days to allow us to address your concerns.
  • We strive to resolve disputes amicably; however, if unresolved, disputes shall be governed under UK law.
